You could say that JediServers.com was born out of frustration.

Too much money!

That's what this is all about. After serving as part of a JK2 clan for many months, we came to realize that we were paying too darn much for our clan's game servers. We did some extensive online research to find the best prices around, and still found things to be far too expensive. Every Game Hosting company we encountered told us that they were making little or no money on their servers, and that it was impossible for anyone to sell cheaper.

We didn't buy that.

Not only did we discover that it's pretty much not true, but that game server hosting is almost a "racket". They charge what they do because they think they can get away with it. So now we're here to say that they can't get away with it anymore!

So after searching high and low for the best, most reasonably-priced dedicated hardware, in June 2003 we set them up not only for our own clan, but also for you, the avid Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy player, to enjoy at significantly marked down prices!
